Shipping policy

We use UPS for shipping for all of our Halloween merchandise that is handmade by use, our Halloween merchandise ships from Bunnell, FL.

For POD merchandise we ship various ways, USPS and UPS.

We send tracking numbers when merchandise ships, should you have any issues with a shipment; lost package, or damage, please reach out to us immediately so that we can resolve your issue. Please retain the box and contents and we will need good clear photos to provide to the shipper for filing a claim.
